It's there, but not in the right place. It's in your footer. I suggest to remove all the JAG Virus Alert files and to do a new install of it.
I see you're using PHP-Nuke Platinum. Which version?

You can disable the Shout block, but the JAG Virus Alert block disappeared also...

i desable and reinstall the blog bro
i i dont know the problem is but i swich the exisitng theme to original platinum theme and blog work fine i dont know where is the problem 
please help me i tihng is the java but im not sure |

Its running like it should. I've downloaded the theme this afternoon. I suggest to upload the theme again. Backup it first because I saw you altered the header.
