Jag online error

hey guys ...having a problem setting up the jag online block...ive installed it all..and i keep getting an error msgs above the displayed block
"Warning: Division by zero in /hshpere/local/home/ramclan/ram-clan.com/html/includes/JAG_Online_Online.php on line 91"

And here is the code its refering too
function GetPercentOn($num_on, $num_tot)
{
$percent_on = round((($num_on / $num_tot) * 100), 0)."%";
return $percent_on;
}

now ive checked the tables in the database and they supposidly ok...so im not sure how to fix this...any help would be great

Code added to includes/my_header.php like the install file says?
