Wie weet hoe je de streaming van bijvoorbeeld mp3 bestanden te kunnen verbieden op een map en dat mensen via hun media player kunnen luisteren op hun pc en dus niet via de site, en dat ik ook geen moeite zal hebben met mensen die mijn links zullen stellen en op hun site laten streamen

Opslaan als .htaccess in de map met stream bestanden.

uploaden op de root of op die map? en dat domein naam , moet ik de gewoon domein naam zetten of bijvoorbeeld www.jouwdomein.nl/map

Dat is dus niet de root...

www.jouwdomein.nl alleen wijzigen met jouw domein naam.
