Mass defacement - Hacked by KmL! from Chile
PHP-NukeHelaas is gisteren deze PHP-Nuke support site slachtoffer geworden van een "Mass Defacement" op alle websites die worden gehost op dezelfde server waarop op ook PHP-Nuke Nederland draait.

De hacker heeft alle index.htm, index.html, index.php en index.asp bestanden overgeschreven met een index bestand met gelijke extensie.



Wat betreft veiligheid wil ik niet beweren dat het onmogelijk is om wellicht PHP-Nuke Nederland te hacken, maar qua preventie is daar wel alles tegen gedaan.
Een aanval server-sided is volgens mij dan ook door PHP-Nuke Nederland niet te voorkomen, tenzij de host van de server de zaken op orde heeft.
Hiermee suggereer ik niet dat de host niet weet wat hij doet, want de oorzaak is vooralsnog niet bekend.
Zoals jullie zien aan de linkerzijde is deze website beveiligd met NukeSentinel en is de site up-to-date als het om patches voor PHP-Nuke gaat als ook het geïntegreerde forum van phpBB.

De "Mass Defacement" is nog steeds bezig, omdat ik nog steeds websites op de lijst die vermeld staat op Zone-H.org zie komen.
