+ Updated .staccess writing.
+ Corrected problem in the blocked range check routine.

+ Updated the Reserved Range Add routine.
+ Updated the Protected Range Add routine.
+ Moved Reserved Ranges into IP2Country table where they should be.
+ Updated template pages to use browser default coloring. (abuse directory)
